İngilizce'de This, These, That, Those, Here, There Nedir? Ders Notları, Konu Anlatımı (İngilizce)

İngilizcede bir şeyi gösterirken kullanılan sıfatlar ve zamirlerdir.

This: Tekil ve yakınımızda olan nesneleri göstermek için kullanılır.

This book is really good. = Bu kitap gerçekten eski.
This game will be hard. = Bu oyun zor olacak.

That: Tekil ve uzakta olan nesneleri gösterme için kullanılır.

That house is beautiful. = Şu ev güzel.
I don't understand that word. = Şu kelimeyi anlamadım

These: Konuşmacının yakınında olan, çoğul nesneleri gösterirken ya da onlardan bahsederken kullanılır.

These chips are cold. = Bu kızartmalar soğuk
I am enjoying there lessons. = Bu derslerden zevk alıyorum

Those: Uzağımızda olan çoğul nesnelerden bahsederken kullanılır.

What are those birds? = Şu kuşlar nedir?
Those potatoes weren't very nice. = Şu patatesler hoş değil.




Here: Yakınımızda olan şeylerden söz ederken here kullanırız.

Here is the pencil in my hand. = Kalem elimde
There : Bizden uzak olan nesneler için there kullanırız.

Could you bring me the seat over there? = Bana oradaki sandalyeyi getirirmisin?
I am living the house over there. = Oradaki evde yaşıyorum.
"That, this, these ve those" işaret sıfatlarını isimsiz olarak kullandığımızda da "pronoun" yani zamir yerine geçerler:

Those are very nice.= Şunlar çok hoş. That is my car. = Bu benim arabam.
